১. ফ্ল্যাট ও থ্রি-ডি স্যাটিন এ্যামব্রয়ডারি (Flat & 3D Satin Embroidery)
- বিবরণ: যেকোনো সাধারণ লোগো, নাম বা ভরাট ডিজাইন যা ফ্ল্যাট সুতোর কাজ অথবা ফেনা/ফোম ব্যবহার করে ত্রিমাত্রিক (3D) ফুটিয়ে তোলা হয়।
- উদাহরণ: কোনো স্পোর্টসওয়্যার বা হুডির বুকে ব্র্যান্ডের লোগোটি থ্রি-ডি ফোম ব্যবহার করে চমৎকার ও দীর্ঘস্থায়ী ফিনিশিংয়ে তৈরি করা।
২. সেকুইন বা সিকোয়েন্স এ্যামব্রয়ডারি (Sequins Embroidery)
- বিবরণ: প্লাস্টিক বা মেটালিক চকচকে ছোট ডিস্ক (চামকি) সুতোর কাজের সাথে বসিয়ে ঝকঝকে লুক তৈরি করা।
- উদাহরণ: মেয়েদের পার্টি ড্রেস, ফ্যাশনেবল টপস বা বাচ্চাদের কাপড়ে মাল্টি-কালার বা রিভার্সিবল সিকোয়েন্সের কাজ (যা হাত দিয়ে ঘষলে রঙ পরিবর্তন হয়) নিখুঁতভাবে করা।
৩. চেন ও টাওয়েল এ্যামব্রয়ডারি (Chenille & Towel Embroidery)
- বিবরণ: বিশেষ সুতো দিয়ে লুপ তৈরি করে নরম তোয়ালের মতো বা মখমল ফিলিংয়ের ডিজাইন তৈরি করা।
- উদাহরণ: উইন্টার জ্যাকেট, সোয়েটার বা কলেজ ভার্সিটি জ্যাকেটের বুকে বড় বড় টেক্সট বা গ্রাফিক্স ডিজাইন করা।
৪. অ্যাপ্লিক এ্যামব্রয়ডারি (Applique Work)
- বিবরণ: মূল কাপড়ের ওপর অন্য এক টুকরো কাপড় বা ফেব্রিক বসিয়ে তার চারপাশ সুতো দিয়ে এ্যামব্রয়ডারি লক করা।
- উদাহরণ: বাচ্চাদের কাপড়ে সুন্দর কার্টুন ক্যারেক্টার বা স্পোর্টস জ্যাকেটে ডেনিম/টুইল ফেব্রিক ব্যবহার করে বড় লোগো ফুটিয়ে তোলা।
৫. বোরিং বা আইলেট এ্যামব্রয়ডারি (Boring & Eyelet Embroidery)
- বিবরণ: কাপড়ে ছোট ছোট ফুটো বা ছিদ্র করে তার চারপাশ সুতো দিয়ে বুনে চমৎকার লেস বা ট্র্যাডিশনাল লুক তৈরি করা।
- উদাহরণ: মেয়েদের কামিজ, কুর্তি বা ওড়নায় ভ্যালু অ্যাডিশন হিসেবে এই আইলেট বা বোরিং এ্যামব্রয়ডারির কাজ।

আমাদের কাজের সাধারণ ধাপসমূহ (Work Flow)
১. স্যাম্পলিং (Sampling): আপনার আর্টওয়ার্ক বা মূল বায়ার স্যাম্পল অনুযায়ী আমরা প্রথমে ১ পিস স্যাম্পল এ্যামব্রয়ডারি করে আপনার অনুমোদনের (Approval) জন্য পাঠাব।
২. রেট ও ডেডলাইন ফিক্স করা: স্যাম্পলে স্টিচ কাউন্টের (Stitch Count) ওপর ভিত্তি করে সবচেয়ে সাশ্রয়ী মূল্য এবং ডেলিভারি ডেট ফাইনাল করা।
৩. বাল্ক প্রোডাকশন (Bulk Production): আপনার কাটিং সেকশন থেকে ফেব্রিক রিসিভ করে সরাসরি কম্পিউটারাইজড মেশিনে বাল্ক প্রোডাকশন শুরু করা।
৪. ফাইনাল ইন্সপেকশন ও ডেলিভারি: প্রতি পিস চেক করে থ্রেড ট্রিম শেষে সুন্দর করে প্যাক করে আপনার সুইং লাইনের জন্য রেডি করে পৌঁছে দেওয়া।
1. Flat & 3D Satin Embroidery
Description: Any simple logo, name or filled design that is made three-dimensional (3D) using flat thread work or foam.
Example: Creating a brand logo on the chest of a sportswear or hoodie using 3D foam with a beautiful and long-lasting finish.
2. Sequins Embroidery
Description: Creating a sparkling look by placing plastic or metallic shiny small discs (chamki) with thread work.
Example: Perfectly doing multi-color or reversible sequence work (which changes color when rubbed by hand) on girls’ party dresses, fashionable tops or children’s clothes.
3. Chenille & Towel Embroidery
Description: Creating a soft towel-like or velvet-like feeling design by making loops with special thread.
Example: Designing large text or graphics on the chest of a winter jacket, sweater or college varsity jacket.
4. Applique Embroidery
Description: Placing another piece of fabric on the main fabric and locking the embroidery with thread around it.
Example: Embroidering cute cartoon characters on children’s clothes or large logos on sports jackets using denim/twill fabric.
5. Boring or Eyelet Embroidery
Description: Making small holes or perforations in the fabric and weaving them around it with thread to create a beautiful lace or traditional look.
Example: This eyelet or boring embroidery work is a value addition to women’s kameez, kurti or veil.

Our own quality inspectors ensure thread tension, tension and PP trim (cutting) at the factory during the zero-defect quality assurance. There is no problem of any kind of thread hanging or puckering. On-time delivery and logistics. Starting from receiving the cut-panel from your factory, we are responsible for all the transportation to cutting and finishing the thread after embroidery and delivering it back to your factory.
## Our general work steps (Work Flow)
1. Sampling: According to your artwork or original buyer sample, we will first embroider 1 piece sample and send it for your approval.
2. Fixing the rate and deadline: Based on the stitch count in the sample, finalize the most affordable price and delivery date.
3. Bulk Production: Receiving the fabric from your cutting section and starting bulk production directly on the computerized machine.
4. Final Inspection and Delivery: After checking each piece, thread trimming is completed, it is neatly packed and delivered ready for your swing line.
