- বিবরণ: কোনো কারখানার নিজস্ব ধারণক্ষমতার চেয়ে বেশি অর্ডার চলে এলে, অতিরিক্ত কোয়ান্টিটির সুইং বা পুরো বডি মেকিংয়ের কাজ অন্য কারখানায় করানো।
- উদাহরণ: আপনার কারখানা হয়তো ১ লক্ষ পিস টি-শার্টের অর্ডার পেয়েছে, কিন্তু শিপমেন্টের ডেডলাইন অনুযায়ী আপনার নিজস্ব ক্যাপাসিটি মাত্র ৭০ হাজার পিস। আমরা বাকি ৩০ হাজার পিস টি-শার্ট আমাদের তালিকাভুক্ত অন্য একটি দক্ষ নিট ফ্যাক্টরি থেকে একই কোয়ালিটি বজায় রেখে সুইং করিয়ে সময়মতো আপনার কাছে বুঝিয়ে দেব।
২. বিশেষায়িত এমব্রয়ডারি ও প্রিন্টিং (Specialized Embellishment)
- বিবরণ: পোশাকে এমন কোনো হাই-টেক বা জটিল প্রিন্ট/এমব্রয়ডারি ডিজাইন আছে, যা আপনার কারখানার মেশিনে সম্ভব নয়।
- উদাহরণ: কোনো ওভেন জ্যাকেটে জটিল সিকোয়েন্স এমব্রয়ডারি, থ্রি-ডি এমবশ প্রিন্ট বা ডিজিটাল সাবলিমেশন প্রিন্ট প্রয়োজন। আমরা সেই ফেব্রিক বা কাট-প্যানেলগুলো নিয়ে এমন কারখানায় প্রসেস করিয়ে আনব যাদের এই কাজের জন্য অত্যাধুনিক জাপানি বা ইউরোপীয় মেশিনারি রয়েছে।
৩. ফেব্রিক ডাইং ও ফিনিশিং (Fabric Dyeing & Processing)
- বিবরণ: নিটিং বা ওভেন ফেব্রিক তৈরি আছে, কিন্তু ডাইং (রং করা) বা স্পেশাল ফিনিশিংয়ের জন্য অন্য কারখানার সাহায্য নেওয়া।
- উদাহরণ: আপনার কাছে ফেব্রিক আছে কিন্তু বায়ার বিশেষ এক ধরনের “এনজাইম সিলিকন ওয়াশ” বা “ওয়াটার প্রুফ ফিনিশিং” চাচ্ছে। আমরা সেই টেকনিক্যাল প্রসেসটি আমাদের পার্টনার ডাইং মিলস থেকে নিখুঁতভাবে করিয়ে দেব।
৪. কাটিং ও টেকনিক্যাল ফ্যাব্রিকেশন (Bulk Cutting & Pattern)
- বিবরণ: ফেব্রিক বেশি কিন্তু নিজস্ব কাটিং সেকশনে জ্যাম বা অটো-ক্যাটার (Auto-cutter) মেশিন না থাকায় অন্য ফ্যাক্টরি ব্যবহার করা।
- উদাহরণ: অল্প সময়ে বিপুল পরিমাণ ডেনিম বা জ্যাকেটের ফেব্রিক নিখুঁত লে এবং কাটিং করা প্রয়োজন। আমরা ক্যাড (CAD) প্যাটার্ন অনুযায়ী অটো-কাটিং সুবিধাসম্পন্ন বড় ফ্যাক্টরি থেকে বাল্ক কাটিং করিয়ে কাটিং প্যানেল আপনার সুইং লাইনে পৌঁছে দেব।

- Swing and Full-Garment Production (Capacity Shared Sewing)
Description: When a factory receives more orders than its own capacity, the swing or full body making work of the excess quantity is done by another factory.
Example: Your factory may have received an order for 100,000 pieces of T-shirts, but according to the shipment deadline, your own capacity is only 70,000 pieces. We will swing the remaining 30,000 pieces of T-shirts from another skilled knit factory listed on our website while maintaining the same quality and deliver them to you on time.
- Specialized Embroidery and Printing (Specialized Embellishment)
Description: The garment has a high-tech or complex print/embroidery design, which is not possible on your factory’s machine.
Example: An oven jacket requires complex sequence embroidery, 3-D embossing print or digital sublimation print. We will process the fabrics or cut panels in factories that have state-of-the-art Japanese or European machinery for this work.
- Fabric Dyeing & Processing
Description: Knitting or woven fabrics are ready, but we need to take help from other factories for dyeing or special finishing.
Example: You have the fabric but the buyer wants a special type of “enzyme silicone wash” or “waterproof finishing”. We will get that technical process done perfectly from our partner dyeing mills.
- Cutting & Technical Fabrication (Bulk Cutting & Pattern)
Description: If you have a lot of fabric but your own cutting section is jammed or there is no auto-cutter machine, you need to use another factory.
Example: A large quantity of denim or jacket fabric needs to be perfectly laid and cut in a short time. We will do bulk cutting from a large factory with auto-cutting facilities according to the CAD pattern and deliver the cutting panel to your swing line.
